Generals informations
All orders or participation to Impexaid events including without limitation, services, assistance, introduction to domestic and international markets are subject to resource and service availability and must be approved by an Impexaid business advisor who will inform you of the applicable price and conditions.
Services
The service provided by Impexaid is to assist companies interested to prospect domestic or international markets, this assistance is based on market research, introduction to buyers or suppliers and logistics solutions. However we do not guarantee any success to any participant actions although unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill our participants business objectives.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may in our sole discretion, limit, cancel the service to any company or even geographic region or market who do not satisfy our standards of quality and performance.
Events participation
All participants to events organised by Impexaid are subject to palaces availability and must be approved by an Impexaid business advisor. We may in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the places for a specific events in order to ensure the quality of service towards our partners or for logistics purposes.
We may in our sole discretion, limit cancel the event to any company or even geographic region or market who do not satisfy our standards of quality and performance.
Cancellation policy
No reservations, cancellations or refunds after the events subscription deadline. If you or your company decide to cancel a confirmed appointment with a buyer or a supplier, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
Any new appointment must be approved by an Impexaid business advisor who will inform you of the new applicable conditions.
Governing law
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the terms, the privacy policy, use of our website, our services or our events offered by Impexaid or by its website will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec.

2018 Impexaid events cancellation policy
Event: Meet European agri-food buyers in August 2017
Cancellations received before the mission registration deadline will be subject to 10% administration fees (plus taxes). Cancellation received after that date will not be reimbursed, all cancellation notices must be sent via email to impexaid-events@impexaid.com, with a subject mentioning : Meet European agri-food buyers in December 2018.
Event: Canadian agri-food buyers via video conference on December 2018.
Cancellations received before the mission registration deadline will be subject to 10% administration fees (plus taxes). Cancellation received after that date will not be reimbursed, all cancellation notices must be sent via email to impexaid-events@impexaid.com, with a subject mentioning : Canadian agri-food buyers via video conference on December 2018.
Event: French trade mission in Canada August 2017
