Impexaid International Trade Consulting (“Impexaid,” “we,” “our”) organizes this Tech Trade Mission (the “Mission”) as a facilitator and coordinator. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. No Guarantee of Outcomes: Impexaid provides a platform for business networking and market exploration. Impexaid does not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to sales, partnerships, investments, or any other financial gains resulting from participation. Success depends on subsequent negotiations and actions of the participating companies.

2. Mission Confirmation: This Mission is contingent upon reaching a minimum number of confirmed participants and securing suitable counterpart profiles. Impexaid reserves the sole right to cancel the Mission. All obligations will be voided if canceled, and no fees will be incurred until formal confirmation.

3. Program Changes: The itinerary, visits, and speaker list are presented in good faith but are subject to change or cancellation due to factors beyond our control.

4. Participant Responsibility: The quality of B2B matchmaking is contingent upon the accurate and timely information provided by the participant regarding their company and target counterpart profile.

5. Binding Agreement: Registration for and participation in the Mission is subject to a separate, formal Participation Agreement that will govern all terms. The information on this webpage is for marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which you provide by submitting your information for the purposes of matchmaking and mission facilitation.

4. Sharing Your Information
Your Business Information (company description, product, objectives) will be shared with selected Spanish and European counterparts and partners involved in the Mission to enable matchmaking. Your Contact Information will only be shared with counterparts where a meeting is mutually confirmed.
